A self-managing agent team. The run skill spawns three workers that coordinate over append-only chat.jsonl inboxes: team-manager (Opus 4.8 xhigh, orchestrator locked to the agency.sh CLI - no other tools, no AskUserQuestion, works only through teammates), team-liaison (Sonnet 4.6 medium, the only worker that talks to the operator via AskUserQuestion), and recruiter (Opus 4.8 xhigh, autonomous - builds and edits the fleet workers and helper scripts). Self-contained: vendors its own Claude worker dispatcher.
